Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of breakmyloop (the “Service”) — the website, the test series sold on it and the evaluation of the answer sheets you submit. By creating an account or purchasing a test series, you agree to them.
1. Who provides the Service
The Service is operated by, and every purchase on it is sold and invoiced by, the legal seller below.
2. What the Service is
An online test series for CA students: scheduled question papers, upload of your handwritten answer sheets, AI-assisted evaluation moderated by faculty, marked answer sheets with question-wise remarks, and personal results dashboards. AI-assisted marks are indicative and moderated by faculty — they are not an official result of ICAI or any examination body.
3. Your account
- Register with accurate details and keep them current — results, notifications and invoices go to the email and phone number on your account.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
- One account per student. Access to a test series is personal and non-transferable.
4. Academic integrity
The answer sheets you submit must be your own handwritten work. Attempting to obtain a question paper before its scheduled release, submitting another person’s work as your own, or circulating papers to students who have not yet attempted them defeats the purpose of the Service and is a breach of these terms. We may suspend or terminate an account involved in such conduct, without refund.
5. Payments
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The exact amount payable, including any processing charges and applicable taxes, is shown on the payment page before you pay.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. Your card, UPI and banking details are handled by the gateway and never reach our servers.
- The tax invoice or receipt for every purchase is issued by Edusmart Academy Pvt Ltd, the legal seller named above.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Intellectual property
Question papers, answer keys, model answers, evaluation remarks and dashboards are examination content created for this Service. They are licensed to you for your personal study only. Do not redistribute, resell, republish or upload them anywhere else, in whole or in part. Your answer sheets remain yours; you grant us the licence needed to store, evaluate and display them back to you and your faculty.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it accurate and available, but to the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the test series concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including the outcome of any actual examination. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
8. Changes to the Service or these terms
We may improve or change the Service, and update these terms — the “Last updated” date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before anything formal, write to support@breakmyloop.com — most issues are resolved directly.
